We are currently accepting new patients. Anyone who lives within our practice catchment area can register with Nethergreen Surgery.
You do not need proof of address, ID, or your NHS number to register with us, though having your NHS number will make the process faster.

What happens if I move?
If you move to a new house outside of our catchment area, you will need to register with a new local GP practice. This is to ensure you can safely receive home visits and community nursing services if you ever need them. We will seamlessly transfer your medical records to your new doctor once you register with them.
